Important considerations for us when we were looking for a new home were that it needed to be within walking distance of a train station, pubs, bars, shops, cafes, and open spaces, have access to good schools and be close to Perth City for an easy commute.
The Rosehill Waters Estate ticked all these boxes for us and had the added benefit of being environmentally friendly with larger blocks - so we could build our dream home and still have room in the back yard for the children to play and a pool. The team at Rosehill Waters have been a pleasure to deal with and have gone out of their way to support us through the building process.
